A positive and collaborative atmosphere, a friendly and professional approach, and empathetic treatment are standard here, and even with more extensive procedures like root canals or crowns, I've always felt perfectly cared for. Due to a recent move, I briefly went to other dentists to save time. I was appalled by the numerous cost estimates for additional services (up to four times the standard rate!), the brusque manner, and the general discomfort I felt during my visits because everyone seemed rushed and no one took the time to listen. It was completely unacceptable, and I wasn't used to any of it. I felt really uneasy going to the dentist. I quickly found my way back to Dr. Rothmann and his team and have been completely relaxed ever since – no matter what's being done at the dentist. Great team – fantastic atmosphere – the best dentist in the region. If I could give more than five stars, I would! :-)“
